If you have a monitored intruder alarm installed at your premises it is likely that you will have to nominate key holders who are able to attend in the event of an alarm activation. Many property and contents insurance policies will require that you specify an approved key holder. It may be that you don’t wish to nominate your staff or neighbours who could then be called out at night and be exposed to personal danger. Staff will sometimes need to take time off work if they have been called out at night. Our professionally trained staff will respond to an alarm activation at any time of the night or day, we aim to be there within twenty minutes of the initial notification. On arrival we check your premises thoroughly, at first externally and then internally to identify the cause of the activation. We will liaise with the emergency services if appropriate but we always make safe before re-setting the alarm system and leaving.
